The location was very convenient. It was close to many tourist attractions. The hotel staff offered great customer service. The neighborhood around the hotel felt quiet and safe.
My room faced a wall, so there was not much natural light. The bath and shower access proved difficult. The space for the toilet was very small (an odd triangular shape, indeed).

the staff greeted every guest with kindness. they provided prompt assistance. the location is close to the louvre and opera garnier, with easy access to metro lines. i was pleased they cleaned the room daily, even without a door sign. they replenished coffee and tea. fresh towels were also provided daily.
the breakfast cheese and meat options lacked variety, offering the same selections daily. this felt repetitive after a couple of days.
